Alpha Omega Epsilon has a general professional atmosphere. As a group of young women dedicated to success at RPI, we respect each other and wear our letters professionally. We hold several professional events every year, such as:

• Dress for Success business fashion show
• resume and 60-second sell workshops
• dining etiquette
• how to write thank you notes
• assessing strengths and weaknesses
• public speaking workshop with the Archer Center for Student Leadership Development

As a group, we attend events hosted by the Society of Women Engineers and other organizations. Nationally, we are a member of the Professional Fraternity Association.
